• Is Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compatible

• Applies the electric utility industry's Common Information Model (CIM) standard

• Communicates using Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) over secure lines  

• Integrates with third-party geographic information system and data historian software used by NERC’s control center

• Is hosted in SmartCloud's secure SSAE 16 datacenter
