• Kim Mayyasi – CEO.  As a veteran CEO, Kim has served high-tech companies excelling at applying artificial intelligence to industrial and business markets. At Gensym Corp., he led a company recognized as a leader in real-time AI in manufacturing, telecomm, aerospace, and transportation markets. As CEO of Techmar Corp., he grew the company around B2B service offerings built on advanced workflow modeling and AI rules technologies. Kim holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA in International Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management.
   

• Michael Barnett, Ph.D. – EVP, Knowledge Engineering and cofounder.  Mike began his industrial AI career at Rice University, where his doctorate focused on dynamic modeling, simulation, and AI-based control. His 25 years of experience with AI includes working with Gensym, as well as consulting and research for Fortune 1000 clients in the energy and utility, manufacturing, supply chain, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and water/wastewater industries.
